‘The Cape Reimagined’ is a unique exhibition of Burberry’s made-to-order couture capes, will be touring cities around the world.

The travelling exhibition presents a curated edit of the limited-edition capes, first introduced as part of the February 2017 show finale, during London Fashion Week.

Each cape has been handmade using unique constructions and referencing elements from the Burberry archive. The capes, all individually named, were designed in the brand’s London atelier and are available for special order.

First displayed as part of “Henry Moore: Inspiration & Process” at Makers House in February, the exhibition has travelled to Seoul, Milan and New York, and will also be opening in LA, Shanghai and Dubai, each with their unique selection of couture capes.

– 16-26 March: Burberry Seoul flagship, Cheongdam-dong crossroads

– 3-8 April: Burberry Via Montenapoleone store, Milan

– 4-10 April: By appointment at Moda Operandi Madison, New York

– 14-23 April: Burberry flagship in Kerry Centre, Shanghai

– 20-30 April: Burberry Beverly Hills flagship, Rodeo Drive, LA

– 3-7 May: Concrete, Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz, Dubai
