Bea Szenfeld and Haute Papier

Bea Szenfeld is considered to be a Swedish designer, although she was born in Poland. Since childhood, she was living and studying in Sweden and in 2002 she has finished the famous Beckmans College of Design. Szenfeld came into the spotlight after participating and winning the popular TV reality show Fashion House. She is known for being wild and creative and her first Fashion week was in 2006.

The newest collection Spring/Summer ’14 had surprised us not any less than others. Designer astonished people with amazing “Haute Papier” collection, where the main role goes to the paper figures. Although it was hard to even imagine, what amazing things you can do from this material, Bea showed that there are no limits for imagination. In the newest collection, the outfits were done in amazing geometric shapes and three-dimensional designs. Some of the grand paper structures were just extraordinary ornaments, while others reminded shapes of different animals from teddy bears to elephants. Overall, the designer proved her technical talent, boundless imagination as well as great sense of style once again.
