Tokyo fashion week brought many colourful and fun collections, which caught fashionistas’ attention all around the World. Among young designers you could have seen the collections from word wide known Japanese artists; one of them happened to be Hiroko Koshino, the first Japanese designer to show in Roma’s ALTA MODA in 1978!

Her new F/W 2014 collection varied in colours and design and impressed with a very modern and trendy approach to the Japanese clothing style. The collection started with greyish pastel garments and focused mainly on patterns, and only little by little it evolved the intensity of colours as well as shapes and silhouette. This transition gave the sense of power and a strong point of view of how a woman should arrange her closet next season.

Many different outfits were presented, but the last variation of a black dress was not only mind blowing in terms of design and construction, but also showed pieces, that from head to toe represented the general Japanese street style. And at the same time this collection had qualities of the extravagant and sophisticated, which allowed Western audience easily relate to what they saw. Check it out!
