Carole-Anne Boisseau and Emilie Baltz combined their Parisian and New-Yorker passion for gourmet cuisine, which evolved to magnificent creature. Although the book includes 42 recipes from chefs and mixologists all over the world, from Bali to New York, it actually takes you to the magical and unforgettable journey across the visual pleasure. The recipes are divided into three parts: savoury, sweet and cocktails, where the reader can feel the emotion of desire and enjoy the graceful art of creating the gourmet cuisine. Besides every dish, there is chef’s stories of inspiration and anecdotes about the originate appearance of particular cuisine, as well as the creative process, illustrated by professional Emilie Baltz photography’s.
